Description

This Heavy duty hanging kit usually uses for LED high bay lights. Each high bay light will need 2pcs or 4pcs of the hanging kits to hang it up on the ceiling.

The LED high bay lights hanging kits consisted of Four main parts: Ceiling Attachments, Hanging cable(Have main wire and Y wire rope. Material has stainless steel and galvanized steel), cable grippers, and the plates with stopper.

The ceiling attachment is used to attach on the ceiling to fix one end of the wire rope.

Use the anchor screw and self-tapping screw to fix the ceiling gripper bottom of the ceiling.

The function of cable gripper is used to fix and adjust the position of the cable. Depress the plunger of the cable gripper and insert the cable through, then release the plunger, and the cable will be locked in. we can use this to find the correct position for the cable. On the bottom of the gripper, it can get the Y shape wire rope through to hold the iron plates on both sides of the wire rope.

The Iron plates with stoppers for hanging objects prevented them to slipped out from the back of the lights

The steel wire cable is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel or galvanized steel wire. All of them can be customized for length and color.

This Heavy duty LED high bay light hanging kit is easy to install, It is no tools required.

Attention:

1. The ceiling fixing must be installed correctly and by a qualified fitter into a reliable material to achieve the working load

2. Make sure to use a reliable and secure fixing for the object being suspended

3. Not to be used outside

4. Make sure the wire has no defects before use. Use only for static loads

5. A minimum of two suspensions are recommended per item being suspended

6. Always remove or support the load before making any adjustments
